Shipping Policy

We ship to serviceable Indian PIN codes through an assigned local courier. If a service issue is discovered after payment, customer care will contact you with a resolution.

The 2-Pack is ₹280 plus ₹49 shipping. The 3-Pack Ghar Pack is ₹420 with FREE shipping. The 4-Pack is ₹560 with FREE shipping and a free 50 g sampler.

An order enters the dispatch process after Cashfree confirms a successful payment to our server. The assigned courier name and tracking / receipt number appear on the protected order page after dispatch.

Courier delivery normally takes 3–5 days. A remote PIN code, weather, public disruption, courier capacity, or other force majeure may require more time. We will use the available contact details to share an update when we know of a material delay.

Enter a complete house or building address, street, landmark where useful, city, state, PIN code, and reachable phone number. Contact us immediately if anything is wrong. We can change an address only before dispatch and subject to serviceability.

Keep the registered phone available for courier calls. A failed delivery caused by an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or repeated refusal may lead to return-to-origin. We will contact you before any new shipping charge or resend decision.

Contact us promptly with the order reference and clear photos of the pouch, outer packaging, and shipping label if a pack arrives damaged, opened, incorrect, or incomplete. The Refund/Cancellation Policy explains the available resolution.
