01 · The place

A local favourite that began near Rani Fort.

Rani is a small town in Pali district, but its food is known far beyond it. People have long made the trip for Shree Balaji Restaurant's Garlic Gathiya. This is not invented heritage; it is the story of a real place and a taste people already know.

02 · The maker

Original recipe, original maker.

This recipe of garlic, carom seeds, coriander, and spices has been made at Shree Balaji Restaurant for years. Virasat is not the manufacturer; we work directly with the original maker to relabel and market the gathiya. The pack names the maker as clearly as it names the brand.

Fresh batches. Clear proof. The original source.

The gathiya is made in small batches and packed the same day. It uses 100% groundnut oil, with no palm oil or artificial preservatives. The pack is nitrogen-filled. Both manufacturer and marketer are FSSAI licensed, and FARE Labs has tested and certified its nutrition and shelf life.
